TeaboWare LLC, Elkridge, Maryland. You have 30 days to return unused holders for a refund. Orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Returns

Return unused holders within 30 days of delivery. Holders must be new and unused.
The buyer pays return shipping.
To start a return, email teaboware@gmail.com or call (443) 492-9841 with your order number. We reply with return instructions.
Orders placed on GSA Advantage follow the terms of GSA contract 47QSMS26D002H.

After we receive the unused holders, we refund the purchase price in full to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
