Ordering on GSA Advantage
- Search GSA Advantage for TeaboWare (or a part number: 1C1R, 2C1R, 3C1R, 2C2R).
- Add the holders you need. Note your colors in the order notes, or email them to us.
- Check out with your purchase card. We ship within the contract delivery time.

GSA volume discounts: 5% on 50-99 units, 7% on 100-249, 10% on 250 or more. The federal micro-purchase limit is $15,000 per purchase card transaction (since October 1, 2025), enough for over 2,000 holders in one order.

Can I mix colors and models?
Yes, on every kind of order. The 5-unit minimum on our web store counts all holders in the cart together.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Request a quote, and we email a formal PDF quote. Terms are Net 30, FOB Destination.
Is shipping included on GSA orders?
Yes, to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. GSA orders are delivered within 5 days after receipt of order.
Do you have the paperwork our office needs?
Yes: UEI KF9RMDWFF8T4, CAGE 9BKH8, an active SAM.gov registration, a Section 889 representation and a W-9 on request.
